Thrilld Labs Partners with CODA 2025

We’re thrilld to announce an official networking partnership with the Conference on Digital Assets 2025 (CODA 2025), happening this May 7-8 in the appealing city of Porto, Portugal. After a successful first edition in 2024, CODA 2025 returns this year to bring together a community of blockchain professionals, builders, and even academics to meet and discuss all things blockchain, digital assets, crypto, AI, and more. The event is co-organised by the Portuguese Blockchain Alliance.

Fundamentally, attendees can expect to:

• Explore the evolving world of blockchain, AI, Web3, cybersecurity and more;
• Engage with industry leaders, innovators, and like-minded professionals from around the globe through presentations, the Thrilld app, and interactive sessions;
• Did you know that the conference will take place at the Associação Nacional de Jovens Empresários, with a stunning view of the sea and thea? A great spot to network, we would argue.

CODA is organized by a renowned Dutch team with years of experience in event management.  They noted: “Thrilld gives us the opportunity to deeply connect with our audience, not only during our event, but also before and afterwards”. This year, CODA partnered with the Portuguese Blockchain Alliance to bring together the top leaders in Portugal, The Netherlands and beyond.

As part of the networking partnership, attendees can leverage Thrilld to connect and discuss funding, business opportunities, and other synergies - before, during, and after the event. Attendees can moreover create instant chats, claim and send ‘super-synergies, and therefore explore the business potential of digital assets and, indeed, Web3. They can also utilize Thrilld’s hyperlocalisation function and check out the agenda, configure meetings and explore side events. On a final point, Alexandra Overgaag, founder of Thrilld Labs, will also be MCing the event.

Another reason why we’re excited about Portugal is because the rise in digital transformation is no less apparent in this country as compared to the rest of Europe. Naturally, Portugal falls under “The Markets in Crypto-Assets Act” and has seen various initiatives by the government in attracting blockchain-based business. There are hubs of tech and talent coming from universities like Nova, ISCTE, Catolica and numerous community and larger-scale events that take place year-round. Moreover, uniquely so, Portugal is an ideal location for startups. Indeed, the capital city, Lisbon, provides for an entrepreneurial spirit and offers an environment of “diversity and dynamism”. And, with the growing digital transformation in Portugal, this year’s event is set to be even bigger and more impactful, or so we believe.

On another note, Porto, the second largest city in Portugal after Lisbon, is known for its stunning architecture, charming small-town feel, and the friendly nature of its locals. Yet another reason to attend the event and take some time off alongside the crypto-talk.
