Radzhana Regina Dorzhieva joins Thrilld Labs as a Business Development Trainee

^{Regina is pursuing B.A. and B.Sc. degrees in Quantitative Risk Management and Creative Technology Management at Yonsei University.

^{Hands-on about all things business and empowerment, Regina also serves as Vice President and Chief Finance Officer of the International Business Initiation (IBI) Yonsei, a student organization dedicated to nurturing future entrepreneurs.}

What motivated you to join Thrilld Labs?

‍

I was first introduced to Thrilld Labs by Assel Altayeva, a current employee, who provided me with an overview of the company’s mission and its role within the Web3 industry. This instantly sparked my interest and I decided to look into what they do. Even though I am still expanding my knowledge of Web3, I have studied blockchain technology as part of an academic project at my university.

Upon exploring the company’s website, I was impressed by the evident passion and commitment of the team to create value for all professionals within the Web3 community. Additionally, it is clear that the CEO prioritizes a supportive and inclusive workplace culture, as reflected in the thoughtful recognition of each team member on the website.

What’s one thing you’re learning now or learned recently?

‍

As a Business Development Trainee, I am learning the intricacies of reaching out to potential business partners and establishing collaborations. Given that the community spans beyond borders, there is extensive potential to build professional long-term relationships. This includes conducting thorough research on potential partner companies and identifying opportunities for mutual benefit.

Needless to say, I’m broadening my understanding of the Web3 industry and exploring its diverse aspects, from decentralized finance and blockchain technology to cryptocurrency and beyond.

How do you see the future of business in Web3?

‍

I believe businesses can obtain great benefits from Web3 and its decentralized nature. Blockchain, for instance, increases transparency of business operations by making transactional and supply chain processes more secure and transparent. Smart contracts also have great potential to become the go-to method for conducting transactions.

Its adoption is already taking place with major companies such as IBM and Microsoft implementing their own blockchain platforms to create and execute smart contracts/agreements. As these technologies continue to evolve, I think we can expect to see an increasing number of industries adopting Web3 to innovate and optimize operational efficiencies.

How do you see Web3 evolve in the future?

‍

Even though Web3’s broader application is still in the works, its potential is being recognized nonetheless. Large corporations are exploring and investing in blockchain initiatives, and startups centered around Web3 concepts are quite common.

So, it’s safe to say that people’s awareness of cryptocurrencies and blockchain has widely increased, which is why I believe Web3 will become more mainstream throughout the next 5 years.
