We’re thrilld to announce an official networking partnership with the WAIB Summit, happening this June 27-28 in Monte Carlo, Monaco. At this two-day summit, thought leaders, investors, innovators and other professionals working in the space are brought together to discuss the intersections of all things Web3, AI and Bitcoin (hence the name WAIB :)).
Last year, the event organizers successfully hosted NFT FEST 2024 in Brussels, where a wide lineup of guests and speakers came together to explore the evolution of blockchain technology, community building, Web3 gaming, AI, digital art and fashion. This year, Monaco will become the center for tech innovation once again with the combining of three events – WAIB Summit, NFT FEST, and Ordinals Monaco – to one all happening at the prestigious One Monte-Carlo.
Some of the main themes at WAIB Summit are AI integration, Generative AI and AI agents. Moreover, thanks to a stunning NFT art exhibition, we may expect a celebration of Web3 community and culture, whilst a deep dive into the Ordinals and Bitcoin ecosystem shall take place at Ordinals Monaco. To this end, attendees can therefore expect:
- 2,000+ attendees, 100+ speakers, 80+ partners and sponsors, 30+ attending media;
- keynote presentations and panel discussions on the latest industry trends;
- the opportunity to network and connect with blockchain professionals at a number of side events and activities (and parties…), such as an NFT and luxury item exhibition, and VIP networking events (whilst using Thrilld);
- a deep dive into the worlds of Web3, AI, and Bitcoin through real-time displays, highlighting the projects leading the space’s innovation.
WAIB is bringing even more surprises this summer with the addition of the Monte Carlo WAIB Summit Awards, which honors excellence in Web3 & AI. The awards ceremony is a key highlight that recognizes the most innovative and impactful players in Web3, AI, VC, gaming, and decentralized applications. Furthermore, the Awards will be presented during a VIP event that will bring together VCs, top-tier investors and others for an evening of networking and celebration. While last year’s event readily brought excellent speakers and partners – such as Robby Yung, CEO of Animoca Brands, Luca Netz, CEO of Pudgy Penguins, Yuga Labs, ApeCoin (ApeDAO), OKX and Adidas – this year will certainly offer additional exciting collaborations given the combination of all three events into one and the curation of creative side events. The event offers something new each day.
We mentioned an NFT exhibition right? While for both days, attendees can experience an exclusive NFT, Luxury Product, and Digital Art Exhibition. This exhibition not only brings some of the most prestigious items (digital art collections, high-end luxury items), but integrates the innovation of Web3 and NFT innovations. In this way, attendees will get a glimpse into the future of digital ownership and high-end collectibles in Web3 and real world assets. Nice (no- it's in Monte Carlo)!
Moreover, on June 27, the day is dedicated to AI, with groundbreaking discussions on AI, machine learning and automation. To this end, top-notch speakers from the AI sector will deliver keynotes on the latest advancements and applications of AI across industries, as well as real-time displays of state-of-the-art robotics. As part of this line-up, attendees can expect leading Web3 AI projects such as Eliza Systems, Nosana, Chainbase, Matchain, ChatGPT, and many more.
And to top it off, the second day is attributed to Bitcoin Ordinals Day, delving into Bitcoin’s technological, financial, and cultural impact on the global economy. So expect to explore mining, self-custody, institutional adoption, and financial sovereignty, as well as the evolution of Bitcoin as a foundation for economies worldwide.
And finally, the location, One Monte-Carlo, is a hub of innovation with easy access to a hotel, casino, shopping, cultural sites, and of course the event center. Monaco itself, is located on the northern coast of the Mediterranean Sea and is conveniently cushioned in Europe between France and Italy. As such, event attendees can also enjoy a magnificent view as Monaco meets right up to the sea edge–just some icing on the cake! ;)
