The future of Web3 is built on synergies, collaboration, and proactive business skills. We are therefore thrilld to announce the launch of EcstaSHE, Thrilld Labs' initiative to grow a business community for female Web3(-oriented) professionals, leaders, and executives.

In essence, EcstaSHE is today's Web3-oriented alternative to the 'old boys club.' While our community does seek to enable networking and business collaborations, we also embrace inclusivity, empowerment, and action-oriented professionalism amongst female decision-makers in and around Web3.
From devs and founders to investors, marketers, legal experts, and beyond — any woman professionally involved with Web3 is welcome to join EcstaSHE. This invitation naturally extends to all female professionals, encompassing those identifying as such or non-binary.
EcstaSHE is meant to be a thrilling forum where women unite to discuss and walk the talk. We drive change and advancement within our industry via suggestions, intros, and collabs.
