Super-Synergy Series: Henrik Beyer
In our Super-Synergy Series, we showcase the wonderful people behind Web3. The goal? To highlight the achievements and contributions of our partners and collaborators in the space. Why? Because we believe in synergies, but ONLY in those that are both suitable and special. Hence, 'super', so you will. In this edition, we are thrilld to share the work and ideas of Henrik Beyer, author and creator of the Human Web Newsletter and the “Proof of Good framework”. Read on...

At Thrilld Labs, we believe that the future of Web3 is shaped by real, human connection, collaboration, and the distribution of value. In our Super-Synergy Series, we do not necessarily showcase the massive innovations happening within the Web3 space but, most of all, the sincere people behind them.
The goal? To highlight the achievements and contributions of our partners and collaborators in the Web3 space. Why? Because we believe in synergies, but only in those that are both suitable and special, hence super.. Fun fact: Super-Synergy is also the name of one of the premium features we have on Thrilld.
To the point, in this first edition, we are thrilld to share the contributions of Henrik Beyer, author and creator of the Human Web Newsletter and the “Proof of Good framework”, which helps Web3 founders and investors align their projects with ethics, equity, and sustainability. His latest book, What World Are We Creating? The Impact of Web3 on Society and Well-Being, concerns the impact of Web3 on our lives and society.
In his book, Henrik points at the promises of Web3 to empower individuals and create a more equitable digital space. However, what that direction is depends to no small extent on the very individuals actually doing the building, business, and, indeed, on having these important conversations in the first place. As a way to ensure that the good intentions of Web3 align with societal well-being, Henrik developed the Proof of Good Framework alongside his other endavours in the industry.
We spoke with Henrik to learn more about his current work and thoughts on the Web3 space. Read on below.
What are you building in the Web3 space?
Cryptobeyer, and the Human Web Newsletter, is all about highlighting the human side of technology and exploring how Web3 can improve society and well-being. In my latest book "What World Are We Creating? The Impact of Web3 on Society and Well-Being", we take a closer look at the broader implications of these technologies and how they can be used to create a positive impact.
The Proof of Good Framework, on the other hand, is a practical tool we’ve developed to help align Web3 innovations with societal needs, encouraging a thoughtful approach to technology development. In my work, I try to spark conversations around these topics, sharing ideas and inspiring action to ensure technology contributes to the better society we want to build.
With whom are you hoping to connect and why?
Our community on the Thrilld app is for like-minded individuals and organizations eager to shape the future of technology and society together. Whether you're new to Web3 or a seasoned enthusiast, your voice matters.
I'd simply say, jus to connect with others who share your vision, collaborate on meaningful projects, and build something amazing together through friendship. Together, I believe we can make a real impact and create a Web3 that truly serves humanity.
So, are you passionate about using Web3 to create a better society? At Cryptobeyer, we believe in forming genuine human connections first, operating on a non-financial basis to build strong, authentic relationships.
People first - money second, I say.
Any key successes or milestones you’d like share, Henrik?
Absolutely. Running a weekly newsletter for three years has been an incredibly rewarding journey. It’s been a labor of love, filled with exploration and the joy of sharing ideas in this ever-evolving field. I’m really grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many passionate individuals along the way.
One of the milestones for me was writing and releasing my last book, which was a significant achievement, and I’m proud of the insights it offers. Yet, the rapid pace of developments in the Web3 space keeps me on my toes, constantly reminding me that there's always more to learn and understand.
Looking ahead, I’m truly excited about the potential of Cryptobeyer to make a meaningful impact on society. Tools are being developed, ideas are being exchanged, and communities are forming - all around shared values. What excites me most, perhaps, is the growth of the “Proof of Good” framework. It is a concept I believe has the power to drive real, positive change.
The collaborations we build today will lead to growth and developments, opening doors for everyone involved. Growing as a person and as a business is a journey, and I am committed to embracing every step of it. What I know for sure is not to limit my vision today, as the future does hold endless possibilities.
What excites (thrills!) you about the future of Web3?
I think that the rise of Web3 within the Fourth Industrial Revolution, as I put it, offers us a once-in-a-generation opportunity to build a more just and fair society. It has the power to positively impact both communities and individuals. Indeed, Web3 has the potential to touch lives on every level.
Also, I do think that if we learn from past mistakes and approach this moment with a mindful, optimistic vision, we can create a better, brighter world for all.
What's your unique take on Thrilld or Thrilld Labs?
On the Thrilld app, I’ve had the pleasure of making connections and collaborations that have not only helped grow Cryptobeyer but have also led to lasting friendships. The chat function makes these connections feel easily accessible, and best of all, everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
We are all there to grow.

We have also had the pleasure of speaking with Henrik in more detail about his work and understanding of the space in the live session, Web3 for Good?! Building & Evaluating Real World Impact. Taken from a discussion with Web3 professionals including founders, authors, and traders (including members from our own team :)), it could be an interesting watch! Find the full discussion here or simply check out our article on a recap of the session.
