Thrilld Labs' Traineeship Program offers a unique opportunity for students and young professionals to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of Web3 technology. We checked in with Aizhanat - who has been trading crypto since 2020 - to see how her traineeship experience is so far.
At Thrilld Labs, we designed our Traineeship Program with a mission to develop the next wave of global Web3 leaders and Web3-savvy professionals who will shape our innovation and teams in the future. By offering special mentorship and hands-on practical experience, we aim to create an innovation-driven, global, and diverse environment within our company. We sat down with Aizhanat Zhalilova, who has now joined Thrilld Labs as a Partnerships & Community Trainee, and talked about our very own synergies.
Aizhanat Zhalilova, leads the Web3 Community in Kyrgyzstan and has been trading crypto since 2020. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Aministratin (BBA) from the American University of Central Asia.
Passionate about innovation, Aizhanat is dedicated to advancing Web3 technologies locally and globally. For instance, as a mentor at Weincrypto, Aizhanat also empowers women in the crypto space.

What motivated you to join Thrilld Labs?
I was motivated to join Thrilld Labs due to the founder, Alexandra Overgaag's, dedication to her vision. Her commitment to harnessing Web3 technologies for meaningful innovation is inspiring. I see a significant opportunity to learn from her expertise and contribute to the company's success.
What’s one thing you’re learning now, or learned recently?
I have been exploring the broader impact of Web3 technologies on global systems and investing in cryptocurrencies since 2020. This journey has not only expanded my understanding of digital finance but also highlighted the transformative potential of blockchain and decentralized applications.
How do you see the future of business in Web3?
I envision the future of business in Web3 as highly decentralized and user-empowered. Businesses will likely rely on blockchain for transparency and efficiency, creating trustless environments where consumers and companies interact directly. This shift will encourage a more equitable distribution of power and wealth, reshaping how businesses operate globally.
Anything else you’d like to share with our community?
I currently lead the Web3 Community Kyrgyzstan, where we hold monthly meetups, collaborate on projects, and conduct research to advance our understanding of blockchain technologies. These activities not only enrich our community's knowledge but also strengthen our ability to innovate within the Web3 space. I am excited to bring this experience to Thrilld Labs and collaborate with like-minded individuals to explore new frontiers in technology.

The program typically spans a specified period, such as 3-6 months, and is open to proactive individuals with a global mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for Web3. Upon successful completion, there may be opportunities for full-time or part-time roles within the company, reflecting Thrilld Labs' commitment to talent development and growth.
Today, our team is spread worldwide, including the Netherlands, Italy, Scotland, Germany, the Republic of Korea, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, and Nigeria.
