She’s also a Business Developer at W3rlds Metaverse and an experienced speaker at major events like the Web3 Hub in Davos during the World Economic Forum.

What are you currently building or working on within the Web3 space?
As a podcast producer and journalist, I’m always looking for ways to educate people on the responsible and innovative use of technology. Through SciTech Suisse and other platforms, I explore the evolving world of Web3 and its impact on our daily lives. I’m particularly excited about decentralized platforms like Decrypt, which offer content creators new ways to monetize their work.
Right now, I’m focused on journalism and content creation that highlights the potential of these technologies.
What are your ambitions for 2025? How do you see yourself making an impact?
I’d love to continue building on my platform as a journalist and speaker, bringing more attention to emerging tech and the people behind it.
The podcast I produced, SciTech Suisse Lifestyle, already has over a million views on YouTube, and I’m excited to keep creating content that educates and inspires.
I also want to keep advocating for diversity in tech, especially when it comes to women. I see myself taking on even more journalistic projects and speaking at conferences, using my voice to push for greater inclusion in the industry.
What’s the most valuable business tip you’ve learned, and how has it impacted your growth?
As a tech journalist, the most valuable business tip I've learned is to stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and adapting to new trends. The tech industry moves fast, and understanding new technologies early allows me to provide fresh insights.
Authenticity and curiosity are also key—two things I’ve learned from role models like Larry King, who always stayed engaged and unbiased in his work.
Tell us what advice you would give to women starting out in Web3. How can they make an impact on the industry?
Web3 is a rapidly evolving space, therefore I'd recommend learning more about the web3 space, getting involved in platforms like Mirror.xyz, where you can publish articles and engage with like-minded individuals, or Lens Protocol, which allows creators to own and monetize their content. If you're just starting out, I recommend connecting with like-minded individuals on LinkedIn and actively participating in Web3 events.
At Thrilld Labs, we believe the future of Web3 is all about collaboration, innovation, and building business-forward change. That’s why EcstaSHE is here to connect, support, and amplify the voices of women in Web3.
We hope Carina’s story inspires you to join the community, or simply to collaborate, and create thrilling impact in the Web3 space. Together.
