Daniela Fajardo joins Thrilld Labs as a Full Stack AI Integration Trainee
We're thrilld to share that Daniela Fajardo has joined us as a Full Stack AI Integration Trainee. Daniela is a software engineer focused on web development, data management, and app building and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Software Engineering across Europe. Daniela Fajardo is a software engineer focused on web development, data management, and app building. She is currently participating in Thrilld Labs' Traineeship Program as a Full Stack AI Integration Trainee whilst she is pursuing a Master’s in Software Engineering across Europe.
Before joining Thrilld, Daniela obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Ewha Womans University (Seoul, South Korea). Previously, Daniela contributed to impactful projects at an NGO in South Korea, focused on North Korean human rights. Her motto is “cerca trova” — seek, and you shall find.
We were fortunate to "find" Daniela with a free moment, so we asked her about her expectations for the Traineeship and her thoughts on the future of Web3.
What motivated you to join Thrilld Labs?
I was inspired to join Thrilld Labs because of its commitment to innovation in the Web3 space and its strong emphasis on being a women-led company. The opportunity to collaborate with a team that values creativity and empowers diverse voices aligns perfectly with my passion for technology and its potential to drive meaningful change.
What do you hope to learn through this Traineeship?
I’m eager to dive deep into blockchain development and understand how decentralized systems can transform industries. I also hope to learn from my peers and mentors, gaining insights that will help me grow both technically and personally.
What technical or fundamental aspects do you find most intriguing about Web3?
I’m particularly fascinated by the concept of user ownership and data sovereignty in Web3. The idea that individuals can control their own digital identities and assets really resonates with me, as I believe it empowers users in a way that traditional systems often fail to do.
How do you see Web3 evolve in the future, especially from a technology perspective?
I envision Web3 becoming more integrated into everyday life, with greater emphasis on scalability and user-friendly interfaces. As technologies like layer-2 solutions and decentralized finance mature, I believe we’ll see a shift toward a more interconnected and transparent digital landscape.
