Looking back at 2023, we are confident in stating that we had a relatively successful year. Our belief in achieving product-market fit is substantiated by emerging success stories, and our collaborations signify the inherent value we offer.</sub>

At Thrilld, we believe that persisting, accelerating, and staying agile will set the base for a great new year and beyond.

For 2024, we see that the fog of FUD has cleared up and that the halving upon us. Slowly, then gradually. In 2024, we want all Web3's builders, funders, and contributors to find new synergies in a tailored and streamlined manner.</sub>

_{And when we say "synergies" as a buzzword, we acknowledge that our synergies are only a minor starting point for enabling new business value in 2024.}

2024 is just the beginning.

_{The ultimate goal - over the coming year and beyond - is the succesful conversion of synergies generated via Thrilld into concrete endless B2B opportunities, new hirings, collaborations, investments, and other deals.}

_{Whilst enabling those opportunities, we also aim for Thrilld to become the event networking solution for the lion's share of all major Web3 conferences. To that end, there are big changes and partnerships in readily the pipeline that will come to fruitation in Q1 and beyond.}

_{How will we realize these plentiful ambitions? By expanding Thrilld Labs' global footprint, broadening our product suite, deepening collaborations, and thereby increasing our impact exponentially.}

_{Simultaneously, we seek to raise additional capital and grow our team.}

_{Achieving this task involves learning from others, collaborating with new and existing partners, and committing to actions that will involve pivoting, change and the occasional human-induced error or ommission.}

Indeed, Thrilld Labs and our very products are not perfect. We're all human.

_{We recognize our imperfections and invite your feedback for continuous improvement. In this regard, our January INVERNO update is about to roll out, enhancing Thrilld's in-app experience and enabling collaboration with more events and partners.}

_{Moreover, we're also thrilld to announce Thrilld's event product suite, Thrilld Event BASIC, PRO, and CUSTOM (Q2), beyond our community-, media-, and online-event collaborations, allowing Thrilld Labs to further expand across nations and continents, spurring individuals in Web3 and the space in the aggregate.}

Ultimately, as a sector, Web3 does not have all the answers. We recognize it's no silver bullet to all humanity's issues.

Web3 reflects humanity's brilliance, yet also our shortcomings. In 2024, when fomo kicks in (and it will!) on the personal, company, or meta-level, let's stay agile, unassuming, and self-reflective.
